GENERAL DESCRIPTION

bmSOLUTION WPC-2966 is a non-toxic ultra high molecular weight cationic polyacrylamide flocculants supplied as a free flowing granular powder. bmSOLUTION WPC-2966 Has been developed as cationic flocculants or coagulant aid for raw water and waste water treatment and paper process which have superior drainage, colloidal retention. Also applied as a cationic flocculants for enhancing the efficiency in effluent and process water clarification system

Physical form : White granular powder pH (0.25% Sol.) : 2.0 minimum

Viscosity (0.25%) : 150 – 250 Cps

Ionic Charge : Medium to High, cationic

APPLICATION bmSOLUTION WPC-2966 is recommended to feed as neat solution into pond or sump where good distribution and mixing can be assured. In sludge conditioning applications, designed for polymer addition at last shear point prior to press dewatering at dosage rates of 0.05 to 0.5% based on dry cake solids tonnage. Recommended in single, dual, and bentonite microparticle sludge dewatering system.

DOSAGE AND CONTROL Normal treatment dosage will vary based on water volume. However, good control will depend on the type of pond, operating condition, nature and extent of contamination and degree of control required. Please consult Behn Meyer representative for proper control requirements for your specific application.

HANDLING PROCEDURE Wear safety face shields or goggles, rubber gloves, long pants and long sleeve shirt when handling. Please refer Material Safety Data Sheets for details on health and safety information.
